"I’ve tried 3 other mouthpieces- they worked enough to make me want to find a better one. With each one of them something wasn’t quite right. I think I grind my teeth a little- so one broke apart, one didn’t clean up very well (after a few weeks I was grossed out) and the other was ‘ok’ and I kept it for a back-up, in case this one broke.
So with all that said- I absolutely love the quality of sleep I get because of this mouthpiece! I love that it adjusts with a little screwdriver! (included with the mouthpiece) Because it actually stays in place! Another thing about the other ones- they didn’t stay in place.
I do think I over-adjusted a little through the weeks- I just set it back a little and all is good now. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it! I need to buy an extra for traveling and a backup. I also started sleeping with mouth tape. I don’t even care how I look! My husband still loves me! Best sleep I’ve gotten in years! No naps anymore!!"
